SIMPLY REAL. It's more than a motto - it's the reality at Kreiskliniken Herford-Bünde.

We didn't just want to attract new employees, we wanted to show the real, honest reality of what it's like to work here. It's not some slick production, but real people, genuine moments, and true dedication. To achieve this, we spent several days in the run-up, listening, walking and feeling along — to understand what really makes the district clinics special. We wanted to make a campaign where nobody says: "That's not us at all." 

Our answer: a documentary campaign that gets up close and personal.We shot 8 short portraitsof nurses, doctors, and other medical professionals in their everyday hospital life. We also created a visual world that starts with job ads and extends to social media. We designed over 5,000 pairs of socks because we know that identity is in the details. They're the only accessory with which employees can express themselves individually in everyday hospital life.  

The campaign sparked some real change, and it also gave the team a toolkit that lets them keep thinking about the content on their own. This way, a strong campaign moment becomes a long-term strategy —driven from within, genuine, and with heart.

Social media spots are key to any modern campaign. They reach the target audience in a way that's short, sweet, and to the point. They spark curiosity and blend the employer brand with a community feeling.

Every job at KKHB has its own story, so there's more than just the usual interviews-there are videos from all the different areas. This gives potential applicants a better idea of what the workplace is like.  

We don't use glossy advertising promises — we just ask people to tell us why they like working here.

And the community? They think it's cool.

People laugh, like and comment on TikTok. Because we strike the right note. Because we know how the target group thinks. And because we have worked with the team.

The SIMPLY REAL campaign got a nice boost from a bunch of  big billboards around Kreiskliniken Herford-Bünde.

In total, the campaign reached well over 1 million people in the first quarter.
