Here at lim, we're convinced that creativity is the key to making the world a better place. So we came up with a campaign that gives real voices from the company a big stage.
The key question: How would you describe DENIOS in the recruiting film?
"With IDEAlism" - a claim that combines inventiveness and idealism to protect people and the environment. An ingenious campaign appearance that pops on job advertisements, trade fairs, LinkedIn and Insta. And of course in the movie, in which the DENIOS crew itself explains how recruiting works - funny, honest, absolutely approachable.
Why go to all this effort? Because DENIOS isn't half-stepping when it comes to the future. We've rolled out a big campaign to show how powerful our ideas can be.
This project is the Silver Winner in the Human Resources category at the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards 2025. "Mit Ideealismus" stood out among more than 900 submissionsfrom 52 countries.
